Living in a Covid19 world
It is very important to us that we do everything possible to keep our clients safe.
The premises that we use is shared with other unassociated businesses.
As such, there are several things we are doing with your safety in mind based on the latest Queensland Health Guidelines.
Thank you for working with us to navigate this new Covid19 world.
Our Covid19 Policy
To keep you, our team and the broader community safe, we have adopted the following practices. Thank you for your understanding.
What we will do:
-
All our onsite staff and psychologists are fully vaccinated and have taken their boosters when eligible
-
We will not attend the practice if unwell, required to isolate, been in contact with a positive case or waiting on test results
-
Face masks covering the nose and mouth will be worn upon your request by our staff and psychologists
-
A HEPA air filter has been installed in the room and where possible windows will be opened to improve ventilation
-
Hand sanitiser will be used regularly and high usage surfaces in the room wiped down after each client
-
Telehealth will be offered to clients who are unwell or waiting Covid19 test results
What we need you to do:
-
Please use hand sanitiser upon arrival and do not attend your appointment in person if you are feeling unwell.
-
Upon arrival, please send a text message with “arrived” in reply to your reminder SMS so I know you have arrived and will come to the waiting area to get you as soon as possible.
-
To minimise touch points, please complete any paperwork or questionnaires emailed to you prior to your appointment
-
If you have any Covid19 symptoms, are required to isolate, have had contact with a positive case or are waiting Covid19 results, please let us know to change your appointment to Telehealth. If you need to cancel your appointment please consider our cancellation policy and do so with enough notice to enable someone else to use the time that had been set aside for you .
-
Please let us know if you or anybody else who has attended the practice tests positive after attendance at our clinic so we can ensure we do our part to keep everybody as safe as possible.
These processes will be regularly reviewed and changed to reflect the latest Queensland Health advice.
